This two-hour workshop will help you take your goals and HOLISTICALLY (taking into account your dynamic life) integrate them in a way that helps you BUILD motivation and willpower instead of losing it over time.
Your current habits are wired into your brain as neural pathways, so we have to actually use science to re-wire your brain over time. Why 30-day challenges are so popular is that you can see the finish line. Even if the goal or habit is completely outside of your normal routine, most people can see their way to doing something difficult for 30 days. The problem is that it’s not long enough to actually change your neural pathways, and those challenges generally ask you to fit into their routine – they don’t fit into your unique, ever-changing life.
